To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Users must:

• Maintain account security
• Only create and use one account per person
• Not share your account with others
• Only one account is allowed per household/IP address
• Not use VPNs or proxies
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Not automate claims or interactions

The following are prohibited:

• Using bots or automated systems
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Sharing accounts or rewards
• Manipulating the referral system
• Providing false information

Withdrawal terms:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals are processed via the Bitcoin Lightning Network only.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and may be declined if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for security, technical, or system-related reasons. While we aim to process them quickly, instant processing is not guaranteed.
• Abuse of the support system related to withdrawal timing (e.g., repeated complaints within minutes) may result in temporary suspension or review of the account.

If your withdrawal has not been processed within 48 hours, please contact support with your transaction details.
