Terms of Service

To use our service, you must:

• Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Users must:

• Maintain account security
• Only create and use one account per person
• Not share your account with others
• Only one account is allowed per household/IP address
• Not use VPNs or proxies
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Not automate claims or interactions

The following are prohibited:

• Using bots or automated systems
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Sharing accounts or rewards
• Manipulating the referral system
• Providing false information

Rewards on LiteBits are credited in LiteBits Coins (“Coins”), a promotional loyalty balance issued and recorded by LiteBits on its own books.

• Coins are not money, not a deposit, not a security, and not a cryptocurrency. They are a record of promotional credit within your LiteBits account.
• Holding Coins does not give you ownership of, or any claim to, any bitcoin or other digital asset. LiteBits does not hold, custody, safekeep, or manage bitcoin or any other digital asset on your behalf, and no user funds, wallets, or keys are held for you at any time.
• Coins have no value outside LiteBits. They cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another person outside the features we provide, or exchanged for anything other than as described in section 6.
• Coins earn no interest and are not held in trust or in any segregated account for you.
• Coins are issued at our discretion and may be adjusted, withheld, reduced, or cancelled where they were credited in error or obtained in breach of these terms.
• Coins may expire if an account is inactive or closed. We will give reasonable notice before Coins expire for inactivity.

Coins may be redeemed for a bitcoin payment made by LiteBits over the Lightning Network, at a fixed rate of 1 Coin to 1 satoshi. Redeeming cancels the Coins and LiteBits sends the corresponding payment from its own funds; it is not a transfer or release of anything we were holding for you.

• A minimum redemption amount applies. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All redemptions are paid via the Bitcoin Lightning Network only, to a Lightning wallet you control. You are responsible for providing a valid destination; payments sent to a destination you supplied cannot be reversed or recovered by us.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and may be declined if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for security, technical, or system-related reasons. While we aim to process them quickly, instant processing is not guaranteed.
• Abuse of the support system related to withdrawal timing (e.g., repeated complaints within minutes) may result in temporary suspension or review of the account.

If your redemption has not been processed within 48 hours, please contact support with your transaction details.

For advertisers running campaigns on LiteBits:

• Campaign budgets are paid upfront and are non-refundable, including any portion left unspent if a campaign is paused or stopped before its budget or guaranteed views are fully delivered.
• At our discretion, unspent budget on a paused or stopped campaign may instead be applied toward a new destination link or a future campaign.
• We reserve the right to review and approve any change to a campaign's destination link before delivery resumes.
